The short version
Gatherlight Events started in 2013 with one planner, a borrowed folding table, and a courthouse wedding for nine guests. Today the team is six planners who have run more than 240 weddings and private events across Savannah, Tybee Island, and the Lowcountry.
The way we work has not changed: one named lead planner from the first call to the last vendor payment, a budget you can see any day of the year, and vendors we have stood next to at real events. We plan celebrations of 50 to 300 guests, and we cap our calendar at 40 events a year so no weekend is ever stretched thin.
